First of all, let me just say that I am not going to tickle your ears, nor am I going to participate in cyberspace prophecy fallacy. As a man of reason, as a man of scientific process, I'm going to simply lay out a Baseline for these observations. Why? Well, I'll tell you what, you can't swing a cat in any direction in 2024 without knocking over a dozen false prophets. Making matters worse, the cyberspace world full of them. It's really not all that different than it was thousands of years ago. Men, most of whom probably have ill intent in mind, who know the cycles in the heavens and use that information to spin everyone up to grab everyone’s attention and the power that comes with that for themselves.
Speaking of prophets, signs and wonders, this begs the question: What is the actual point of Prophecy? The point of Prophecy is not to tickle our ears and/or tell us ghost stories for entertainment value around the camp fire or online. The point of Prophecy was supposed to profess the principles of righteousness of our God and to call people back into obedience to Him. These days, nobody’s interested in obedience and IMHO, you’ll be hard pressed to find a real prophet.
So today, we're going to start by going over the basic scientific process of establishing a reality Baseline. We're going to talk about facts not feelings. We're going to talk about signs in the earth and in heaven. Specifically, we’re going to look at earthquakes and eclipses, wars and rumors of wars and whatnot and see if we find a correlation somewhere and what that might mean. So, that means we need to know things like, how many earthquakes and eclipses there are? Why? Because we have to know the baseline before we can really start trying to connect the signs of the heavens and earth with the behavior of men.
So, how many how many times a year do these “signs” occur? Does it happen every day, every week, every month, etc? If it’s daily, how many times a day? Next, how many eclipses are there annually. Do they coincide? Other things we want to measure here are how many wars and rumors of wars are there in history. Is there a correlation between wars and the signs? We need to look at this with a sober mind. I can't believe I'm saying this but, because so many people are talking about it now that we're even going to talk about the schedule of CERN, the large Hadron particle collider over there in Switzerland.
This is going to be fun, so please bear with me a little but, I'm telling you that you need to be able to determine who is a true prophet as well as what is their proper function. Is the point of a prophet to say a bunch of interesting stuff online so that you’ll subscribe to their thing? No, that’s for the attention whores! The point of a true Prophet is to lead people into obedience, which, if you’re in the prophecy business, will consequently reduce your subscribers. People naturally want their ears tickled, not the cold hard truth of reality. The old saying “The truth hurts!” cuts both ways. A true prophet isn’t in the prophecy business to get rich, if you get my drift.
So, you got the true prophets who are trying to lead people into obedience! On the other hand, a false a prophet is one who does not lead people into obedience. Let me be clear as it pertains to the false prophets, even if the stuff they say comes to pass, if they’re NOT leading people into obedience, they're a false prophet! That’s why we need to read the book because that’s what it says! Complicating matters, what we have here is two flavors of false prophets that we need to be on the lookout for and the scriptures teach us how to determine that.
You can learn a lot about someone based on what their focus is. For this little thought experiment, we’re going to be talking about the April 8th eclipse. Man oh man, are people getting spun up over this one. Interestingly, you can tell a lot about someone by seeing what their focus is. Are they focused on signs and wonders in the heavens and internet stuff or are they focused on being obedient and growing closer to Him? For this one, the survey says, it ain’t the latter.
How do you know what their focus is? Just look at what they get excited about. A lot of people very spun up right now! You see, on April 8th there is is a solar eclipse “thingy” happening that just so happens to criss cross with two other ones that happened a while back and if you follow the paths of the of them on a map and use a little imagination, they sort of resemble the first and last letter of the old Hebrew alphabet. Spooky time alert! On top of that, they're firing up CERN the same day. That’s the big particle collider in Switzerland, where they have that stature of Kali, the Hindu god of destruction and also near where they had all those occult ceremonies you can see on YouTube (LINK) and that has everyone’s panties in a twist too.
So, we got a few different “happenings” going on all at the same time. So, first we want to look at some facts first. Facts do not care about our feelings. Now there are many things that I find interesting here. And let me just say that it's not a terrible thing to indulge in thought experiments like this every once in a while. As a watchman on the wall, I do it all the time. But, if you get all spun up about it, then you usually end up mixing your feelings with the facts and when you mix up your feelings with “His Word,” let’s just say that you need to be very careful about that because there are rules!
A good rule of thumb, IMHO, is to do as scientists do and that is take the time to look up it and look at the information with objectivity. We need to look at this from an angle of what are the Baseline facts. Go to the USGS (Website). There we can find a list of today's earthquakes. This site will provide you a list is of all the earthquakes from around the world with a magnitude 2.5 or greater. Just today, in last 24 hours, they have a listing of the time, latitude and longitude, depth, magnitude, etc. They even plot them on a map for you. Just today alone you’ll find dozens of them. Every week there are hundreds of them. So earthquakes are a pretty common thing.
Next lets take a look at solar eclipses. They happen less often than the lunar eclipses and to be honest, they are much more spectacular and awe inspiring. There are two types of solar eclipses up for our consideration, annular and total. Annular eclipses are what they call “Ring of Fire” eclipses and total eclipses are just what they say they are. If you follow this (LINK) from NASA and scroll down, you can see a list of Solar eclipses from 2021 -2040. There’s 28 of them in all over a 20 year span. To be honest, remembering only a handful of solar eclipses that I had the opportunity to observe in my 65 years on this earth, that’s a lot more frequent than I had imagined.
So, we have a huge amount of earthquakes per day, every single day and we have a lot of solar eclipses to choose from too. Now if I included lunar eclipses here, holy-moly! Think of all the excitement there’s been over a couple of so-called, “Blood Moons” the last few years or so. But, we’re not gonna go there for this little experiment. Not that they’re not necessarily unimportant, they may be, it just that it’s too much information for what we’re trying to do here in this little thought experiment.
Essentially, there are lots of eclipses that I could use to prooftext any possible hair brained idea that comes up in terms of prophecies based on eclipses and earthquakes. So, I could try to proof text it, but would that represent reality? Would that be deceptive of someone to do? I think yes! Why? Because there are earthquakes hundreds of times a day. Would it be deceptive to link a prophecy with a lunar or solar event? I think so. You can link up virtually everything because there are eclipses all the time, both lunar and solar!
What about wars? What it we threw that variable into out little experiment? I mean for those of you who know anything at all about American history, we’ve had many more years when we’ve been at war than not. Some wars have been major and some minor. Some have lasted only a few days like the liberation of Grenada and others have lasted many years. If we include the French involvement, you know the guys America always has to bail out cause they can’t seem to ever win one, the war in Vietnam lasted decades. So, could an eclipse have landed on a war on the same day as an earthquake? Yeah! The data shows that many wars had both eclipses and earthquakes.
So, lots of earthquakes in diverse places as well as signs in the heavens for these things to come to pass. Was “Yeshua” (Jesus real Hebrew name) highlighting that there will be an earthquake or a sign? Or was he simply saying, “Hey, there's going to be wars and signs, there's always wars and signs.” He's saying that it's normal. “But the end is not yet” he says. He’s actually quoting from Torah and saying to not be dismayed at the signs of heaven for the heathen are the ones that are dismayed at that stuff. That’s straight from Jeremiah 10:2.
The world is a pretty big place and as much as most American’s might like to think otherwise, the world does NOT revolve around us. Tin-pot dictators and despots both great and small are always picking a fight with somebody somewhere. I challenge you to try and find a time in history where there has not been a war, major or minor! Seriously, name me one year when there's not a war? So, can we link wars to earthquakes and eclipses? You betcha! The last variable I have here, based on the way some folks are getting spun up lately is that they’re about to fire up the “Large Hadron Collider” at CERN again after a long hiatus (LINK).
So, getting back to the topic of false prophets. When someone on the internet claims that, “I had a dream or vision and there’s gonna be a war at the same time of the eclipse at the same time of an earthquake or at the same time of this certain spooky event so we need to do this and so on,” my first question is, is the person making the claims calling you to obedience? Remember, there's two kinds of false prophets we're going to discuss
Just curious, you do know that there's a concerted effort to get everyone spun up, distracted and dismayed at the signs in the Heavens? Why? Because when we’re distracted, we're not looking under our own roof and we're not working on the actual problems in own house. Everyone's on the internet worried about stuff thousands of miles away or looking in the sky worrying about normal natural cycles of the heavens. People are getting all spun up on really really fancy made videos with good music and really cool graphics and they're not doing their job.
Talk to a PhD in theoretical particle physics and they’ll tell you, they keep those super colliders spun up all summer every year. But, when it's winter, the electricity is too expensive. Every year, they basically fire it up in the springtime and shut it down before winter. That’s when they schedule their routine maintenance. Those super colliders, they're big expensive machines and to justify their existence, they have to get numerous different projects so they can fund that whole thing and maintain everyone's job.
But now folks have been saying for a long time that they're going use the super collider to release the demon locusts that eat everything and the scorpions that sting everyone and they're trying to open up the bottomless pit like it says in the book of Revelation. Of course the folks at CERN are doing bad stuff. Why wouldn’t they? They're a bunch of crazy heathens and they talk about it openly. But let me ask you a question, why are we spun up about that stuff? Give me another minute or two and we’ll get there.
Okay, time to shift gears. I’ve danced around it for as long as I could. Let's talk about the two kinds of false prophets and why we shouldn’t get all spun up about every darned thing. Firstly, let’s look at Deuteronomy 18:22 ESV where it says, “when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.”
Side note: You know that commandment about “not taking the Lord’s name in vain” (Exodus 20:7) “thingy?” Yeah, well, it’s really not about a few ill-chosen words spoken in anger or haste a.k.a. cussing. It’s more about about this sort of thing than it ever was that! That’s why it goes on to say that the Lord will not forgive when somebody does it. Think about it, you can be forgiven for murder or rape but not for cussing? Really??
Ok, so, you’ve got these guys running around on the TV, internet or whatnot making all these bogus prophecies 24/7-365. Question: why do people continue to follow those guys? We need to call these schmucks out and mark these guys as false prophets! When they say stuff and it don't come to pass, especially if he/she/it/whatever claims to be speaking in the name of Yehovah/Yahweh! If they're predicting things, false visions or lying divinations like it says in Ezekiel Chapter 13, they need to be called out as a false prophet because it's dangerous not to.
Let’s get real for a minute here. You pollute God’s Holy name when you don’t call them out. That’s right, YOU DO! Check out that side note above once again. Don't go down that road! When someone says Yehovah/Yahweh says this or that when Yehovah/Yahweh didn’t say this or that, that’s a serious crime! When someone does that, here’s what Yehovah Almighty says to do: “do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you, they fill you with false hopes, they speak Visions from their own minds not from the mouth of Yehovah!” Jeremiah 23:16
Also, in Matthew 24:24, the Bible warns us: “For false Christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.” Now this is another flavor of false prophet we need to talk about. It would appear as though these guys are allowed by our Creator, no doubt with the help of demonic forces, to actually perform “signs and wonders” in the sight of men in order to test them. They're actually given miraculous power and they're actually given certain prophecies that do in fact come true.
So, the test of a prophet isn’t only if they fail in their prediction, not necessarily! Remember, there's two kinds of false prophets. There's the ones using his name and saying stuff that doesn't come to pass. That's category number one. They're just idiots! Don't fear them, don't respect them, okay! Actually, the penalty in the Bible is very clear and very severe too.
The second kind of false prophet says stuff that actually does come to pass. Let's suppose that on April 8th 2024, as a result of CERN doing their thing, Abaddon opens up the bottomless pit and a bunch of locusts fly out of the Ozark Mountains and everyone's getting bitten by Grasshoppers and Locust and there's lightning in the in the heavens. If these prophets go and teach you to follow a system that is not leading you to obeying God’s Commandments, then they're false prophets too.
The true test, the full test, of whether a prophet is false or not is first, what they're predicting doesn't come to pass. That one's simple, cut them off if it doesn’t come to pass. Test number two says that they have to lead you to obedience to be a true Prophet. For a prophecy to come from a true prophet, their predictions not only have to come to pass and then their teachings have to be pointing you toward obedience too! Their proclamations should be telling you to keep God's law.
“For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine.” What’s sound doctrine? First and foremost, sound doctrine should lead us to love God and love our neighbor as ourself. Then we have the expanded bullet points that provide further clarification provided in the Ten Commandments. That’s God’s framework for obedient living. What are we seeing today? We see people who are not putting up with sound doctrine. Instead, they gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to to hear and they turn their eyes away from the truth.
If you hang out in a group that is all spun up on all the internet myths 24/7 and they're busy studying the earthquake and eclipse cycles and the guy they heard on the radio or saw on a video was saying this or that and it seems good and feels like it's true, be careful of who your hanging around with. We need to be seeking the Father’s instructions. How is it that everyone's so well-versed in the latest biblical prophecy videos, but no one's well versed in what he told us to do? we need to be spending 90% of our time figuring out what he told us to do.
All of the stuff that's “prophecy” today that folks are all spun up about and interested in today is literally in your face and people need to consider the possibility that it’s all really nothing more than a distraction. More importantly, if you don't have your basics squared away and your heart is not in the right place, the work of your hands will not follow. 1st John 4:1-3 says, “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.”
So, let's review, number one false prophets are going to share with you all kinds of interesting stuff to do what? To get attention because they know that's how the operating system in our brain housing group works. They want attention, they want you to fear them, they're trying to jump in front of the first commandment and get you to fear them rather than you fearing Elohim. They see you fearing Elohim and they want that attention, so they use his name and his sacred instructions to get you all spun up so they can hijack your attention.
What is the first commandment? That’s to love God, to revere God and to fear God. This means the first commandment is you are not allowed to be scared of guys on YouTube with their videos. And when I say scared, I mean like respect is what the word fear means in the first commandment. You don't need to respect those guys like they're special or like they’re God’s spokesperson. If they're making stuff up out of their dreams or some personal revelation or vision they say they had, chances are better than good that these guys are straight up fraudsters. You’ve got to be careful because they will do all sorts of things to get you to disobey the first commandment.
You’re not allowed to fear anything besides Him! You're not allowed to be scared of Putin, you're not you're not allowed to fear Satan, you're not allowed to fear the president, the judges, the Supreme Court, the news, your boss at work. So, don’t get all worked up over this eclipse on the 8th. Yes, that will be a significant event for Americans who live in that part of the country. But, if these guys are making it to look to you like there's some kind of synchronization between the eclipses and CERN and Earth earthquakes; I am telling you they are no different than that guy hopping up and down on that pyramid in South America 500 or a thousand years ago cutting out human hearts because these guys stirring everyone up today are going for your heart!
His word, God’s word, leads to peace and it tells us how to live. His book is an instruction manual how to live. It is not a dog and pony show to entertain everybody. Now, I know there's a lot of cool stuff out there that's very entertaining, but until we can first do the basics of what the Father instructed, we have no business going to advanced calculus to try and calculate times of certain events. Coincidentally, we should already know how that stuff is going to go down in the end. It’s already laid out in the book.
So, don't be bamboozled by Babylon's babblers and don’t be dismayed at the signs in Heavens like the heathens are, for they are certainly dismayed at them. If what someone who fancies themselves a prophet says doesn’t both come to pass and it doesn’t lead people into obedience to the Father, chances are better than good that it’s NOT from the father.
Now that I’ve just told you NOT to be dismayed at all of the signs and wonders people are putting out there, here’s something that I think you should consider! Why, because it is consistent with what the Father already laid out in his word and what they are saying is intended to get all of us back into obedience with Him and His word. Do I know that they have everything right down to the smallest jot and tittle, NO! But, they do provide evidence to support their assertions that come from both the scriptures and historical records. Enough so that I believe this should be considered much more seriously than wars, eclipses, earthquakes and what a bunch of heathen scientists who don’t even the consider the existence of the great I Am are doing in Switzerland!
